RETURNS

In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it by sending an email to hola@palearis.com so that once the incident is verified, we can replace the item as soon as possible and free of charge for your part.

In compliance with the buyer’s right of withdrawal, you will have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product to be able to return it without having to justify the cause. Unless the return is made due to product defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Refunds will be made according to the same payment method and bank account and refunds will only be made against the credit card used in the purchase process.
