RETURNS
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to hola@palearis.com so that once the incident has been verified, you can return the item as soon as possible and at no cost.
In compliance with the right of buyer withdrawal, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to justify the cause. Unless the return is made for defects in the product, the user will assume shipping expenses. In all cases, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Refunds will be made according to the same payment method and bank account and refunds will only be made against the credit card used in the purchase process.
